|FOOD SERVICE ATTENDANT
The Food Service Attendant performs general food service work. Assembles and delivers room service trays to patients and guests. May perform multiple duties in the kitchen and dish room.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation preferred along with previous food service experience is preferred.
The Sanitation Technician maintain food service area, supplies, and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. Responsible for washing and sanitizing potware, utensils, and production equipment. Changes water frequently to maintain temperature and cleanliness. Unloads soiled trays and dishes from carts. Cleans transport carts. Maintains clean and sanitary work area in kitchen. Empties trash cans and replaces liners throughout the day.
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of related food service experience with high volume cooking line.
