Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator


About the Job

The Full-Time, HRIS Administrator is a HR specialist role within the human resources department structure. The primary focus of this position is to manage the maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported by the HR team.

This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst also supports HR system projects, upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Partners with Technical Services and Kronos teams to configure the HRIS system, troubleshoot technical problems, create solutions and work on projects as needed by the end user (HR and Operational staff). May be trained to provide back-up for some payroll duties.
