Compliance Training Group, a nationwide corporate compliance training company, is seeking qualified Bilingual SPANISH SPEAKING Human Resources Training Consultants and Human Resources professionals (Contractors) that have experience in conducting employee training ranging from on-site instructor-led training sessions to webinars for supervisors and employees, on topics such as: 

• Sexual Harassment Prevention - California AB 1825, SB 1087, SB 396
• Sexual Harassment Prevention (State of Connecticut: Section 46a-54 (15) (B) and 46a-54-204 of the Connecticut General 
Statutes Training Requirements for supervisors and employees) 
• Sexual Harassment Prevention (State of Maine Title 26: Labor and Industry, Chapter 7: EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES, 
Subchapter 4-B: Sexual Harassment Policies of Maine Revised Statutes §807) 
• Substance Abuse Awareness
• Workplace Violence Prevention
• Diversity & Inclusion
• Conflict Resolution

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), California Certification (PHR-CA / SPHR-CA), and Employment/Labor law attorneys are welcome to apply for this contract opportunity.

  • Bilingual English and Spanish/other languages a MUST
  • Must be located in Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, Virginia, or Washington, D.C.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to speak in front of small and large groups of employees
  • Must have strong computer skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be articulate, energetic, friendly, charismatic, and an effective communicator
  • Must possess excellent writing, grammar skills, and command of the English and/or Spanish language
  • Must be a dynamic presenter with a positive attitude towards training and educating employees 
  • A degree in related field and/or background in human resources and employment law/labor law
  • Must pass background check
  • Ability to periodically travel when necessary throughout the United States is a PLUS
