About the Job
A Full-time SECRETARY / RECEPTIONIST POSITION is now available at our Portage County office location. Functions include data entry, answering telephones, greeting visitors, filing / faxing / organizing, managing incoming / outgoing mail & performing various tasks as assigned. Applicants must have at least 2 years secretary / receptionist experience, excellent written & oral communication skills; able to use multi-line phone system; organizational skills; able to problem solve; time management, maintaining confidentiality / HIPPA regulations; ability to multi-task; functional use of computers including Word Processing, email software, Excel & work independently or in a team setting. Must have HSD or GED, current auto insurance, valid driver's license, acceptable BCI check & driving record. We are a Drug-Free Workplace & EHO compliant.
