Astronics Advanced Electronic Systems (AES) is a division of Astronics Corporation (ATRO). AES is an industry leader in aircraft electrical power systems, including generation and distribution. This senior level HR position develops people strategies, drives transformation and change and plays a key role in building organizational capabilities and talents within a defined client group. Additionally, this position provides full HR support for defined client group(s).

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR

  • 5+ years as HR generalist/business partner (including influencing senior leaders)

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business or other related field required. Master's Degree and SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
