JOB SUMMARY: The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the company by writing up and entering orders, and responding to customer queries. Also responsible for general administrative support in the form of scanning documents, entering purchase orders and invoices and answering the phones.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Superior administrative & customer service skills required! Experience with MAPICS XA / AS400 Operating systems preferred.
Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
Ability to operate general office equipment (PC, Scanner, Fax, Switchboard).
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
Self-directed, with considerable initiative.
